Vacation in privacy
We are part of community who have realized their dream. A house right on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, in central Dalmatia, surrounded by beautiful nature, in a new concept of seaside resorts with design villas made of natural materials, far from mass tourism. The resort has been built in three phases since 2019 and was completed in spring 2021. A total of 80 modern villas are sensitively set in the environment of the original nature of the bay near Drage, 8 km south of Biograd na Moru, 35 km from Zadar and 40 km from Sibenik, close to the Kornati islands and the freshwater Lake Vrana. The owners of the villas have their real homes all over the world, in Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Belgium, Austria and the USA. Together they were brought together by the ownership of the villas at Buqez Resort and their fascination with the unique location led them to decide to offer their villas to other people. To those who desire, for a while or repeatedly, to share the tranquillity, private beaches, Dalmatian gastronomy or sporting activities of a second home.
